Crab & Lobster, a New Coastal Charm

A welcome addition to the south coast, the Crab & Lobster recently opened the doors to its new restaurant and luxuriously styled guest rooms following a total refurbishment.  

Positioned on the banks of Pagham harbour, the restaurant's menu features a host of delicious dishes with an emphasis on locally caught fish and seafood alongside market fruit and vegetables plus meats from the Sussex downs.

With four guest rooms, overnight guests can enjoy excellent views over the harbour in contemporary comfort before waking to a full English breakfast.  Rates start at £120 for a double and for guests who really want a room with a view; some rooms even feature a telescope!

Chefs Oz Watson and Robbie Small keep things interesting with day boats from local Littlehampton providing fresh fish. The result is a menu which changes regularly and features daily specials including Dressed Selsey Crab with Jersey Royals, Whole Selsey Lobster cooked to order, John Dorey on a bed of braised rice with tomato concasse and Skate Wing with Lemon Caper butter.
